Our standard quotation is based on the Ex-Works (EXW) price. Upon request, we can also provide FOB (Free on Board) port prices or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) destination prices. The quotation covers the cost of the product itself but excludes international logistics, customs declaration fees, tariffs, and destination clearance charges. Standard quotations are valid for 7 to 15 days; prices are subject to adjustment based on fluctuations in the raw material market, so we recommend reconfirming the price before placing an order.

For standard in-stock products, there are no strict MOQ requirements, and we welcome small-batch trial orders to allow customers to verify product quality. For customized products, the MOQ is determined through negotiation based on specific specifications and manufacturing processes. Our company is equipped to handle both large-volume export orders and small-batch trial orders, allowing us to flexibly serve a diverse range of clients.

For export orders, we accept standard payment methods such as T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). For new clients placing trial orders, we are open to negotiating flexible payment arrangements. In-stock products can be shipped within 3 to 5 days after payment is received. Customized products have a production lead time of 7 to 15 days, depending on the order quantity and the complexity of the customization; we will confirm logistics details with the client prior to shipment.

We can provide free samples for standard, small-sized products; customers are only required to cover the international express shipping costs. For samples with special specifications or large dimensions, a nominal sample fee may be charged (subject to negotiation); this fee can be deducted from the total invoice amount once a formal order is placed. Once samples are dispatched, we will provide a tracking number to allow customers to monitor their shipment in real-time.

All our export products are certified under the ISO 9001 international quality management system. For metal products, we can provide SGS inspection reports and material certificates. For plastic-coated composite pipes, we can provide reports on coating quality, corrosion resistance performance, and—for pipes specifically designed for fire protection systems—fire safety certification reports. All provided certificates are valid for use in overseas customs clearance and project acceptance procedures.

Our plastic-coated pipes are manufactured using a high-temperature fusion bonding process, ensuring strong coating adhesion. They undergo rigorous multi-stage testing—including pinhole detection, bending and flattening tests, and temperature resistance evaluations—to ensure full compliance with quality standards. During transit, we utilize specialized packaging—sealing both ends of the pipes and applying external protective wrapping—to prevent damage from bumps or impacts. Should any non-human-induced quality issues arise upon delivery, our company assumes full responsibility for their resolution.
